Paulus Farm Market

We went to a farm for PIM playgroup this week.  Charlie was so excited to go, and it proved to be a big hit with both the kids.  All the kids picked green beans to feed to the sheep and goats.  They also picked some sweet corn and Indian corn to take home.  After playing in the garden, we went over to the animals to feed them.  Charlie was afraid the goats would eat his fingers, but he managed to feed one despite his fear.  He loved giving an apple to a big hog (literally, he hogged all the apples).  You could see the juice dripping from his mouth.  We also got to feed cabbage to a mini cow and pet a baby cow.  Reese kept wanting to put her fingers in the chicken coops, so I had to keep her away before they thought her fingers were food.  The kids also got to play on a hay playground.  They all loved walking the maze, tubes, and going down the tube slide.  Charlie had so much fun that he didn't want to leave.  It was a fun morning.
