Cherry Crest Farm

We spent a beautiful Saturday at Cherry Crest Farm with the Updegroves and Stapinkis, and we had the best time.  There were so many things to do and see that the kids didn't have time to think of being bored.  They loved playing with and feeding the goats, holding the baby chicks, and milking the life-sized cow.  They rode on a little wagon ride through the cornfield and on a big wagon around the farm.  The jumped on big bouncy "pillows," went down big slides, and walked through several mazes and obstacle courses.  We even picked popping corn that we'll try out in a few weeks.  It really was a fabulous day, and Charlie and Reese loved being with friends and enjoying the amazing weather.

Getting measured

Baby goats were so cute and friendly

Loved the sign about these stinky two

He held the chick, but his face shows worry

Austin was holding her around the waste.  It was so sweet.

On our little wagon ride

Running the hay maze.

Chasing each other

Riding the "bronco" with Nat's help

Loved this picture of Charlie

Ride 'em cowgirl!

My handsome boy

Reese wanted to say hi to the princess,
and then went straight to hug the corn man.

Thanks to Gary, he made it through the
dark maze to the top.

Reese just jumped to the top.

Reese loved jumping on the big pillow.

The obstacle course was a workout for Gary and me getting
the kids through it a few times.

Thanks Gary for pulling my kids so much.

What cute cowboys and cowgirls

Anticipating the big slide - he loved it.

What a corn mess.

These were stinky pigs.

Reese was doing so good milking that cow.
Thanks to Missy and Wendy for some of the pictures.
