New Market Reenactment

Wes started a week of vacation, and we kicked it off by driving down to New Market, VA for a Civil War reenactment.  It's the 150 anniversary of the Civil War, and Wes was super excited to go see a reenactment again.  The kids were great sports the whole day, including the 3 hour drive each way.  We grabbed lunch down there and looked at all the cool Civil War memorabilia.  The kids were a little worried about the cannons going off, but they were fine once the reenactment started.  Reese fell asleep shortly after it started and slept through the entire thing.  Charlie liked looking through the binoculars at the horses and fighting.  It was a fun day and we all had a good time.
