Wes's dad had a sudden heart attack earlier this week, so he flew out to Utah to be with Ken and the rest of his family. We're all hoping and praying for a speedy recovery. Ken is already home from the hospital and slowly moving around. It was good that Wes could go out. The kids and I haven't done too much this week because it was been super cold. The Updegroves were super kind to invite us to go to Candylane with them and over to dinner. It was good to get out and interact with friends. We had fun at HersheyPark seeing the reindeer and going on a few rides. It was super cold, so we didn't stay too long but sure had fun. Charlie and Reese love playing with Natalie, Austin, and Alana. The whole evening was a great break for me, one that I badly needed with Wes being gone for five days straight. So grateful for good friends and all those that checked with me and showed concern for Ken while Wes was out of town
