Our Early Spring Break

Wes finally had a week off, one that he definitely needed.  I'm sure he liked sleeping in, as much as the kids would let him, and it was fun to have him around all day.  We took Charlie to breakfast one morning and to school the next.  Reese loved having him here.  He even sent me to the Spa at Hershey Hotel for an afternoon while he took the kids.  It was awesome.  We had a gift card that I put towards a cocoa massage, along with my massage, I read in the silent room, ran in their fitness room, took a shower with their mint hair products, and seriously enjoyed my alone time.  It was a great treat for me.  On Thursday, we headed to Dayton to see Judd, Jeannie, and the kids.  Charlie was super excited to see his cousins and he couldn't wait to go.  He kept saying that it was taking too long for the day to come.  We had a great time, and the kids loved seeing their cousins.  Charlie slept on the floor of Dax and Chase's room, which he was excited about.  He loved playing with their trains and cars.  Reese played with Annabelle's dolls and stroller.  She was very happy.  Judd had to work on Friday, and Wes had to put together a presentation for this week, so while the kids were in school, Jeannie, Charlie, Reese, and I went to get the last of the needed baby items for Jeannie.  It was fun to think baby stuff again.  On Saturday, we went to the National Air Force Museum, and it was really cool.  Wes loved it and could have spent more time than we did.  The kids did great, but they they could only last so long.  After a yummy dinner at Texas Road House (which was heaven for Dax), we went back to the house and the kids rode bikes and had a snow fight all at the same time.  Loved that it was warm enough for them to play outside.  We had a great time in Ohio and hope to see them again soon.  And it was a nice break for Wes to get out of PA and think of stuff other than work all day long.  He definitely got smacked right back at it this week.

The neighbor's Thomas push toy was a
