Egg Hunts

We went to the Derry Township Egg Hunt a week and a half ago.  Wes made it home from call in time to make it.  It was so cold that morning.  The kids were bundled up, but we were still cold.  Good thing Reese's age group was first.  Wes took her out to gather eggs while I stayed with Charlie on the sidelines.  She did a great job and got a bunch of eggs.  She even helped put eggs in some other kids baskets.  How nice of her.  Then Wes took her to warm up in the car while I went with Charlie to do his age group.  He had fun and gathered up a bunch of eggs too.  He even got a special prize egg too.  So even though it was cold, it was a fun activity for the kids.  Plus we saw a lot of friends there.

We had a quick Easter egg hunt in our house on Easter.  It was raining outside, so we had to do it indoors.  We invited Anna to come over and join in on the fun.  Charlie and Anna quickly found their eggs.  Reese had a fun time trying to get her eggs.  It was fun to see her excited to put an egg in her bucket.
