Back to School for Charlie

Charlie started his third year of preschool at Hilltop Christian Nursery School.  We love Hilltop.  Charlie will be going three days a week this year (M,W,F) and has Miss Kim and Miss Colleen (whom he had last year) as his teachers this year.  We're super excited for him.  He has lots of friends in his class, so it should be a good year.  He's even in the same classroom as last year, so there shouldn't be too much new for him this year.  He was very excited to go yesterday.  For the twenty minutes before it was time to leave, he had his shoes on and his backpack in hand ready and anxious to go.  But once we got there, he was a little nervous and didn't want us to leave the classroom.  Anna came over and put her arm around him, and then we slipped out.  He ended up having a great day and was even the door holder for his class.  Reese starts going one day a week next Wednesday, but she was wanting to start with Charlie this week.  She insisted on taking her bag to school while dropping off Charlie.  I think she'll have a fun time when she starts next week.  I can't believe how big my kids are getting.
