We were so lucky to have Judd, Jeannie, and the kids come out for Memorial Day weekend. With them moving to Utah next month, this was the last chance to do a Hershey outing. We had so much fun. Charlie and Reese love seeing their cousins and they have so much fun with them. It was also Chase's 6th birthday, so we got to celebrate that with him too. Saturday, we spent at HersheyPark, and we were there for a good portion of the day. It was lovely weather, although a little too chilly for the boardwalk, but we got so many rides in. With the kids getting older, they're able to go on so many more rides. I was so lucky to stay with Cassidy while everyone could do the rides, so we got to bond a bit. She's such a sweetheart. I loved watching all the kids together and seeing them get along so well. Dax and Annabelle are so sweet to their younger cousins, and it makes me miss being around family so much. Judd treated us all to a Texas Roadhouse dinner for Chase's birthday. It was super yummy. We were all too full for cake and ice cream, so we put that off until Sunday but still opened presents. Sunday we all went to church and then had a memorial day feast of hamburgers, corn, beans, and such. It followed by a walk before we enjoyed a Reese's PB Chocolate cake and homemade vanilla ice cream all made for Chase. It was so yummy. You can't get more Hershey than that cake, which is similar to the Hershey Pantry's cake. Before the Ohio crew headed back home, we had to stop by Chocolate World. They just redid the inside, so it's fun to see. The chocolate tour is always a must, followed by some sort of treat. It was sad to say goodbye to our cousins, but we're looking forward to seeing them later this summer in Utah.
